| Service Procedures |
| 1. Present the required documents to be audited and attested, and fill in the application form of obtaining temporary passport and take a number at the Gaza Passports Office. |
| 2. Approve the application by the Office Secretary or his assistant, and estimate the damage value and refer it to the Investigation Committee, if the passport is valid. |
| 3. The Investigation Committee addresses security authorities to obtain the necessary approvals to issue the passport. |
| 4. Upon receipt of the approval, the applicant should cancel the damaged passport and accept the application on the system and enter the value of the financial guarantee by the Document Acceptance Officer. |
| 5. Pay legal fees to the Treasurer. |
| 6. Refer the application to the Issuance Section. |
| 7. Refer the application to the Archiving Section. |
| 8. Refer the application to the Printing Section. |
| 9. Hand over the passport to the service recipient after handing the financial receipt to the Delivery Officer. |

45 minutes + 14 days for receiving the security approval. |
