Target Group |
- Employees entrusted on an official mission to represent the Kingdom in conferences, meetings, international bodies, and exhibitions. |
- Administrative employees, and clerks attached to Jordanian diplomatic and consular missions to the United Nations |
- Those who are assigned temporary official missions by the government provided that public interest requires the issuance of this passport. |

Terms of Service |
1. The presence of the person concerned in person. |
2. Bring an official letter from the official delegation authority (government). |
3. It is not permissible to add children or the wife to the passport. |
Required Documents to Obtain the Service |
1. Passport application form. |
2. ID card of the service recipient. |
3. The approval of the Director-General of Civil Status and Passports Department, and acknowledgment of the official letter. |
4. Letter of the delegating authority. |
5. Color personal photos (2). |
Service Procedures |
1. Fill in the special application form which is prepared for this purpose. |
2. Match information with the applications and accept it according to the system procedures by the Acceptance Officer/ Special Passports Directorate. |
3. Approve the application by the Secretary Office or his assistance. |
4. Refer the application to the Issuance Section. |
5. Refer the application to the Archiving Section. |
6. Refer the application to the Printing Section. |
7. Hand over the passport to the service recipient. |

Notes |
1. Passports for missions are issued for the period required by the mission with a minimum validity of one year and a maximum of two years, and determined according to the mission. |
2. The passport shall be retrieved after the completion of the mission of which the employee was delegated for. |
