| 3. Take a personal photo. |
| 4. Send a text message and an email of accepting the request. |
| 5. Approve the application and activate the account. |
| 6. Check the application by the Electronic Audit Officer. |
| 7. Enter the e-service website and request the services. |

1. Application will not be accepted in the following cases: |
| - If the photo isn’t clear. |
| - Lack of commitment to the specifications of the above required photo. - If the photo of the concerned person doesn’t match that on the smart ID card (applicant will be notified to check with the office he chose during the registration process, to ensure his identity). |
