Duties of Government Service Providers

  • Deal with applicants respectfully and tactfully.
  • Provide cooperative employees who are knowledgeable about service provision procedure and can answer all inquiries.
  • Provide service requirements and time needed to complete it.
  • Respond to service recipients in a timely manner without delay and meet their needs with high professionalism. 
  • Simplify procedures to ensure smooth and speedy service provision.
  • Work continuously to provide services through proper channels and appropriate time.
  • Provide communication means to receive complaints and suggestions from service recipients, and ensure their participation in developing services.  

 

 

Duties of Service Recipients in the Department

  • Deal respectfully with the Department’s employees.
  • Abide by instructions relating to service provision, their locations and don’t infringe on the rights of other people. 
  • Bring all required documents to obtain the service. 
  • Answer all questions of the Department’s employees to obtain the service efficiently and on time. 
  • Notify the Department promptly if there is any mistake or amendment to data or circumstances related to completing the service.
  • Abide by declared communication means if there is a complaint or an inquiry.
