| Terms of Service |
- The existence of an active account if submission is done through eportals. |
| - Any Jordanian who is 18 years old and above should declare his/her address according to the application allocated for this purpose. |
| - Declaring the address should be done within two years starting from 19/5/2015. |
| Citizens should notify the Department with their new address within 30 days of changing the residence location. |

- The new address will not appear in our documents and will not be approved for the purpose of judicial, administrative and financial notifications issued from ministries and various government institutions, if not declared. |
| - Service beneficiaries include all individuals registered in the civil register (Family Book) for the person who has an account. |
