Terms of Service |
- The existence of an active account if the application is done through the e-portals. |
The event should be registered on the computer on the system of the Civil Status and Passports Department. |

Personal ID card of the service recipient in case of personal attendance to pay the fees in the Department’s offices |
Service Procedures |
In case of choosing cash payment (the Civil Status office that has been chosen while activating the account) |
1. Select the certificates and service beneficiaries by the Document Acceptance Officer. |
2. Pay legal fees to the Treasurer. |
3. Take the application to the Printing Section, to print the document and send the verification code to the citizen. |
4. Hand over the document to the service recipient after checking the verification code which he/she received. |
In case of paying through e-portals and receiving the document in person |
1. Enter the e-service website. |
2. Select the screen of previously-registered documents and choose the required service. |
3. Select e-payment, (efawateercom). |
4. Refer the application electronically after deducting the fees of the printing section to print the document |
5. Send the verification code to the citizen. |
6. Check with the Public Service Office / Hand over the document to the service recipient after checking the verification code which he/she received. |
In case of paying through e-portals and choosing a delivery company |
1. Enter the e-service website. |
2. Select the previously-registered documents and choose the required service. |
3. Select the (efawateerom) e-payment method and choose the delivery company (Jordan Post or Aramex) |
4. Refer the application after deducting the fees of the Printing Section, to print the document. |
5. Send the verification code to the citizen. |
6. Pack the document and deliver it to the chosen delivery company. |
7. Hand over the document to the service recipient through the delivery company after checking the verification code and sending a message to the E-service Acceptance Office stating the application has been delivered. |
